压装
<DIV> 压装时的主要要求为:</DIV><DIV> 1)压装时不得损伤零件</DIV>
<DIV> 2)压入时应平稳,被压入件应准确到位。</DIV>
<DIV> 3)压装的轴或套引入端应有适当导锥,但怠锥长度不得大于配合长度的15%,导向斜角一般不应大于10°。</DIV>
<DIV> 4)将实心轴压入盲孔,应在适当部位有排气孔或槽。</DIV>
<DIV> 5)压装零件的配合表面除有特殊要求外,在压装时应涂以清洁的润滑剂。</DIV>
<DIV> 6)用压力机压入时,压入前应根据零件的材料和配合尺寸,计算所需的压入力。压力机的压力一般应为所需压入力的3~3.5倍,压入力的计算方法如下:</DIV>
