数控卧式车床的型号与技术参数(续)

<DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 数控车床的发展趋势&nbsp; <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1) 随着数控系统、机械结构的技术发展,以及新的刀具材料的出现,数控车床将向高速化发展。主轴转速、刀架快移速度及转位换道速度将进一步提高。&nbsp; <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2)数控车床的工艺和工序将更加复合化和集中化。即把各种工序(如车、铣、钻等)都集中在一台数控车床上来完成。工件在一台机床上经一次或两二次装夹可完成全部加工,目前,国际上的对列双主轴结构就是这种构思的体现,为了实现这种工艺的复合和工序的集中,提高加工效率和精度,数控车床向多轴控制,到刀架加工方向发展。&nbsp; <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3)为了实现无人化全自动操作,数控车床向系统化方向发展,增加外围装置和大容量刀库实现自动换刀,自动上下料及更换卡盘,工件的自动测量和刀具的自动测量及监控等。&nbsp; <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4) 随着自动编程技术的不断完善,数控车床的柔性化将进一步提高,如采用现场对话编程和机内自动对刀,使编程和调整更加简便。&nbsp; <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5)为了简化机械传动机构,减少振动、温升和噪声,提高机床的精度,数控车床将会越来越多地采用电动机转子直接作为机床的主轴,实现无齿轮传动。</DIV>
