卡盘多刀车床
<DIV> 卡盘多刀车床是一种专门用于加工盘类、环、类凌驾的外圆、内孔、端面、沟槽、倒角等的高效半自动车床,毛坯一般是铸件、锻件或冲压件。生产率比普通车床提高3~5倍。加工精度;粗加工可达IT9~IT10,表面粗糙度Ra6.3μm;精加工可达IT7~IT8,表面粗糙度Ra2.5~3.2μm。<BR> 卡盘多刀车床的类型及适用范围(见表8-13)<DIV>
