MainResponsibility l Perform proper tooling test methodology to get tooling comparison andtooling life.l Provideefficient tooling parameters to CNC-Programmer according to Machine capability,Part geometry & material and CNC-program tooling path.l Designproper tooling according to the part geometry and materiall Support onthe CNC-programmer to finish the CNC-program in timel Communicatebetween Tooling supplier and CNC-programmerl SupportCNC-Programmer to solve the problem related to the tooling.l Work withCNC-Programmer to reduce the number of type tools, cost and risks(Rationalization a family tools)l Providethe efficient tooling and tooling parameter to support the run time reduction.l Providethe tooling and tooling parameter to stabilize the cutting process l Justifythe new tooling according to the new part industrialization plan.
