MainResponsibility                                                                                             

l        Perform proper tooling test methodology to get tooling comparison andtooling life.

l        Provideefficient tooling parameters to CNC-Programmer according to Machine capability,Part geometry & material and CNC-program tooling path.

l        Designproper tooling according to the part geometry and material

l        Support onthe CNC-programmer to finish the CNC-program in time

l        Communicatebetween Tooling supplier and CNC-programmer

l        SupportCNC-Programmer to solve the problem related to the tooling.

l        Work withCNC-Programmer to reduce the number of type tools, cost and risks(Rationalization a family tools)

l        Providethe efficient tooling and tooling parameter to support the run time reduction.

l        Providethe tooling and tooling parameter to stabilize the cutting process

l        Justifythe new tooling according to the new part industrialization plan.                                                                                             

                                                                                               

Qualifications                                                                                               

l        Education/Major

Bachelor degree on Mechanical major

l        Experience

5 years experience in the tooling design,manufacturing or Service

l        Language

Fluent in both spoken and written English

l        Computer/Software

Proficient with MS Office, Experience on CAD/CAMsoftware

l        TechnicalSkill

Tooling design skill

CNC-Program background.

Experience on the Modern tooling system like SECO,Sandvik and Kennametal.

Read and understand the blueprint.

l        Soft Skill

Interpersonal skills (involving working effectivelywith others, consistent with the company’s values)

Good communication, reporting and presentationskills

Team spirit

Proactive and having initiative
